About Us
"The mission of the CSRA Business League is to empower, educate, and advocate for small businesses, with a particular focus on the development of minority, disadvantaged, veteran, and women-owned businesses throughout the CSRA."
The CSRA Business League has been dedicated to fostering the growth, creation, and development of successful business enterprises in the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) since its founding in 1970 by the late Honorable Edward McIntyre, former Mayor of Augusta, and the late Representative Henry H. Howard.

From the outset, the League's founders and first Board of Directors established the goal of creating an organization that would serve as an information clearinghouse, referral source, and advocate for small, minority, and disadvantaged businesses. This mission has remained steadfast, and the League has since expanded its reach to provide networking opportunities, a website directory, technology training for small, disadvantaged, and minority-owned businesses, and a Youth Entrepreneur Program to train the next generation of business owners.

The League has consistently supported small and minority business owners in their efforts to thrive in the CSRA. Many of the region's successful businesses began with the support of the Business League. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, we are committed to offering modern strategies and services that equip business owners with the tools they need to maintain thriving and successful enterprises.
